Steven & Barbara Coyle
Co-Pastors
Pastors Steven and Barbara Coyle are both graduates of World Harvest Bible College and were mentored for 16 years by the school’s founder Dr. Lester Sumrall. Both served as elders under Dr. Sumrall ministering in nursing homes, school assemblies, and in churches as well as doing missionary work in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Israel, and Russia. For 9 years, Steven served as associate pastor for Dr. Sumrall at Christ Chapel Church in South Bend, Indiana. Steven resigned from that position in June 2017. For 1 ½ years Steven and Barbara ministered in area churches before starting Final Word Ministries and Training Center in October of 2018. They both currently serve as chaplains of the St. Joseph County Police Department and County Jail. They have held those positions for the past 17 ½ years. Steven retired from the Police department after serving for 28 years. They have 2 Children, a son Benjamin in Chicago, and a daughter Sarah in Seattle.
